- The Bengaluru Business Corridor and the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) are both in progress and expected to improve inter-town connectivity across South Bangalore over the next several years, with the Business Corridor targeted for 2029. These are multi-year infrastructure projects, so treat them as a medium-term tailwind rather than something that changes your commute this year.
Who Chandapura actually suits

- Good fit: you work in or near Electronic City or the Bommasandra/Jigani industrial belt, you want more carpet area or a newer building than your budget gets you in HSR Layout or Koramangala, and you're comfortable with a developing-but-established location rather than a fully built-out one.
